My dear friends,
While keeping you all waiting for further news, I surprisingly found that the domain name has left out a “s” to the spell. It should be “100 color ceramics: 100colorceramics.com“.
I am sorry for the stupid mistake and please go 100 Color Ceramics in the future. :]
Thank you so much!!!
hug hug,
mars

“100 color” is named after my grandpa whose name in Chinese was 百華(bai-hua), meaning hundreds of years/ very magnificent/ and colorful. I named the kiln “百華窯–Bai Hua Kiln” in memory of him and choose the colorful meaning to title English– 100 Color– I am always fascinated by the unpredictable color results behind the kiln door.
It will be focused on experimenting all sorts of clay (more pottery and less porcelain) working with different glazes, shapes, texture decorations, and different fire temperatures with my loving hands. I hope I can create works to inspire people that everyday is a good day.
The bottom stamp could be hand signed/engraved with either “百“,”百華“or ”百華窯“ . Packages and oversea deliveries are also available. This site will launch its online shop officially along with the shop in the near future, please visit back often. Thank you so much. :]

Hello, my name is Mars Hsu.
I was born in Taiwan, and majored Fine Art in Vancouver. Making Shanghai the city to stay since year 2001. Now I spend over 3/4 time per year in JingDeZhen (JiangXi Province, China) because of high fire porcelain.
I am a full time Ceramic Artist for Sweet Object(甜園) as well as 100 Color Ceramic (百華窯)and taking care of all details: from design to every hands-on step and to the final packaging. Recently I’m working on several projects at once and few of them are private contracts for interior works. I find it very challenging and lots of fun.
Emails (m at sweetobject dot com) are the best way to contact me. Thank you!
lots of love,
mars
